Accommodation has been reserved at the following ANZCOP preferred hotels with special conference rates when booked through All Occasions Management. Accommodation rooms are limited and allocation will be strictly on a first-come first-served basis. Please book your accommodation as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Please ensure that you read the terms and conditions carefully before completing your registration as terms differ for each hotel.

Accommodation Options
All rates are in Australian dollars inclusive of GST and are for room only unless indicated otherwise. 
 

CROWNE PLAZA (4 STARS)
16 HINDMARSH SQUARE, ADELAIDE - 300m from Confrence Venue

 

  •  King Standard Room - $175 per night (1 king or 2 double beds) includes WiFi

A credit card imprint OR a cash deposit of $100 per day to cover incidentals is required upon check-in.

Any cancellation for a confirmed resrvation made within 14 days before arrival shall entail payment of compensation of 100% of the cancelled services.
 

HOTEL RICHMOND (4 STARS)
128 RUNDLE MALL, ADELAIDE - 290m from Confrence Venue

 

  •  Superior King Room - $140 per night (1 king or 2 single beds) includes WiFi
  •  Studio King Room - $150 per night (1 king or 2 single beds) includes WiFi

On arrival, all guests are required to provide a credit card authorisation or cash deposit of $50.00 per room per night. This is to cover incidental charges and the balance will be refunded on departure.

All cancellations made within 31 days prior to the check in date will incur the first night’s accommodation as the cancellation fee. 
 

IBIS HOTEL (3.5 STARS)
122 GRENFELL STREET, ADELAIDE - 450m from Confrence Venue

 

  •  Standard Single Room - $150 per night (1 queen bed) includes full buffet breakfast
  •  Standard Twin Room - $165 per night (2 single beds) includes full buffet breakfast

Internet is charged at $12.50 for 2 hour access, or $22.50 for 24 hour access. Complimentary internet access is located in the lobby (30 minutes/50MB).

30-15 days prior to arrival - Any cancellations will incur a fee equal to one night's accommodation. Within 14 days or no shows will incur a fee equal to 50% of the full accpommodation booking 

 

MANSIONS ON PULTNEY (4 STARS)
21 PULTNEY STREET, ADELAIDE - 85m from Confrence Venue

  

  •  1 Bedroom Apartment - $154 per night (1 queen bed) includes 1GB WiFi per day

Upon check-in, identification and a valid credit card will be required for a pre-authorisation, to cover any incidental charges. Note that a debit card is not a valid credit card.

All cancellations made within 31 days prior to the check in date will incur the first night’s accommodation as the cancellation fee. 
 

MANTRA ON FROME (4 STARS)
88 FROME STREET, ADELAIDE - 600m from Confrence Venue

   

  •  2 Bedroom Apartment - $249 per night (2 queen beds or 1 queen & 2 single beds) 

All guests are required to provide a credit card pre-authorisation per room on arrival to cover any incidental charges. 

Internet charge is $10 per 1GB for 24 hours.

MANTRA ON HINDMARSH SQUARE (4.5 STARS)

  •  Parkview - $219.00 per night (1 queen & 1 single bed)

All guests are required to provide a credit card pre-authorisation per room on arrival to cover any incidental charges. 

Internet charge is $10 per 1GB for 24 hours.

ROYAL ADELAIDE HOSPITAL RESIDENTIAL WING 
NORTH TERRACE, ADELAIDE - 350m from Confrence Venue 

  • Single Room - $35 per night (These rooms consists of a single bed, wardrobe, with shared facilities; lounge room, laundry, kitchen, toilets/showers. All these facilities are shared by male and female guests) 

All cancellations made within 31 days prior to the check in date will incur the first night’s accommodation as the cancellation fee.

Accommodation Booking & Deposit
To make a booking please complete the relevant sections on the registration form (online or manually) and read the terms and conditions carefully before submission. Amounts required for each hotel differ. Accommodation bookings will require credit card details as a guarantee and is to be filled in the area provided on the registration form. The accommodation deposit is equal to one night’s room fee and delegates will be expected to pay the remainder of their accommodation direct with the hotel upon check-in.  If full payment is required prior to arrival, please contact the conference organisers via conference@anzcop2015.com.au once you have completed your registration. Payment must be made to All Occasions Management by Tuesday, 27 October 2015. If you have any queries regarding your accommodation booking, please contact conference@anzcop2015.com.au, not the hotel.

Arrivals & Check-Out
Hotel check-in time is 2.00pm unless otherwise specified. If you arrive prior to this time your room may not be available. To guarantee a room for an early arrival you will need to book for the previous night.

Please indicate on your registration, or notify All Occasions Management in writing if you will arrive at your hotel after 6.00pm on the day of arrival. Failure to do so may result in your room being released. The accommodation deposit will be forfeited should you not arrive on the date you have booked. In this instance, your subsequent night’s accommodation will be cancelled and may be re-sold without notice. In addition you must refer to the hotel’s individual cancellation terms for any additional cancellation fees that may be incurred.

Check out time is strictly 10.00am unless otherwise indicated. Late check-out will result in the hotel’s daily rate being charged.

Accommodation Alternations & Cancellations
Alterations or cancellation of hotel accommodation must be sent in writing to All Occasions Management, not to the hotel. Cancellations with less than thirty days notice may incur a penalty. This is at the discretion of the hotel. Please refer to each individual hotel’s cancellation terms and conditions.
