Accommodation

Accommodation has been reserved at the following ALTA preferred hotels with special conference rates when booked through All Occasions Management. Accommodation rooms are limited and allocation will be strictly on a first-come first-served basis. Please book your accommodation as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Please ensure that you read the terms and conditions carefully before completing your registration as terms differ for each hotel.

All rates are in Australian dollars inclusive of GST and are for room only unless indicated otherwise.

Situated in the middle of Adelaide's vibrant West End, Breakfree Adelaide is just a 1-minute walk from the Conference venue. The simple studios have balconies, full kitchens and Wi-Fi. All rooms also provide iPod docks and flat-screen TVs. There's an Indian restaurant and a bar, plus an Internet lounge, free access to an off-site gym, and paid parking.

The Studio Deluxe Apartment is beautifully decorated with a fresh contemporary look. Each studio has a private balcony. There is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. There is a TV with FOXTEL and pay movies.

Set in Adelaide's Central Business District, these modern apartments in an industrial-chic building are a 10-minute walk from Adelaide's renowned Central Market and 2.9 km from Adelaide Zoo. The property has a heated indoor pool and a spa area with a whirlpool bath, a sauna and a steam room. There's also 24-hour reception. 

One Bedroom Skyview Apartments are on the higher floors and feature an open plan living area, modern kitchen with European stainless steel appliances, full laundry & private balcony with city views.

Accommodation Booking & Deposit
To make a booking please complete the relevant sections on the registration form (online or manually) and read the terms and conditions carefully before submission. Amounts required for each hotel differ. Accommodation bookings will require credit card details as a guarantee and is to be filled in the area provided on the registration form. The accommodation deposit is equal to one night’s room fee and delegates will be expected to pay the remainder of their accommodation direct with the hotel upon check-in.  If full payment is required prior to arrival, please contact the conference organisers via conference@aomevents.com once you have completed your registration. Payment must be made to All Occasions Management by 1 June 2017. If you have any queries regarding your accommodation booking, please contact conference@aomevents.com not the hotel.

Arrivals & Check-Out
Hotel check-in time is 2.00pm unless otherwise specified. If you arrive prior to this time your room may not be available. To guarantee a room for an early arrival you will need to book for the previous night.

Please indicate on your registration, or notify All Occasions Management in writing if you will arrive at your hotel after 6.00pm on the day of arrival. Failure to do so may result in your room being released. The accommodation deposit will be forfeited should you not arrive on the date you have booked. In this instance, your subsequent night’s accommodation will be cancelled and may be re-sold without notice. In addition you must refer to the hotel’s individual cancellation terms for any additional cancellation fees that may be incurred.

Check out time is strictly 10.00am unless otherwise indicated. Late check-out will result in the hotel’s daily rate being charged.

Accommodation Alternations & Cancellations
Alterations or cancellation of hotel accommodation must be sent in writing to All Occasions Management, not to the hotel. Cancellations with less than thirty days notice may incur a penalty. This is at the discretion of the hotel. Please refer to each individual hotel’s cancellation terms and conditions.
