Sponsorship Packages

Sponsors are invited to donate $1000 or more according to the schedule below:

All sponsorship packages are inclusive of GST. Packages amounting to $3000.00 or more include on complimentary full delegate registration with catering. Packages $5000.00 and over include two full delegate registrations with catering. We encourage sponsoring organisations to send delegates and to consider exhibiting.

Sponsorship items – assemble your optimal package:  

  • Organisation name and logo featured in the program book ($500) 
  • Advertisement (black and white) in the program (1/2 page, $1000; full page $1500) 
  • Full page colour advertisement on the back cover of the program book (one only available, $3000)
  • Organisation name and logo featured on conference signage (limited availability due to space, $1000) 
  • Right to include an insert or other promotional merchandise in the delegates’ satchel ($1000) 
  • Organisation logo printed on the delegate satchel with the conference logo (two only available, $2000)
  • Organisation logo/name printed exclusively on the Conference Dinner tickets (one only available, $1000) 
  • Organisation logo/name printed exclusively on either the Welcome Mixer tickets of the Early Career Researcher Social Mixer tickets (one each only available, $1000) 
  • Organisation logo/name printed exclusively on 100 of the delegate badges (limited availability, $1000) 
  • Sponsor’s logo on the website home page left hand column (limited availability due to space, $1000) 
  • Sponsor’s logo on the website sponsor and exhibitor page linking to your website (limited availability due to space, $2000)
  • One sponsor's logo only on the holding slide before one plenary lecture (four plenary lectures available, $3000 each)
  • Sponsor's logo on the holding slide before a symposium ($1000)
  • Verbal acknowledgement of your generous sponsorship during the opening and closing ceremonies - complimentary and with our very sincere thanks! 

Please also consider becoming a Sustaining Member of the ANS for $500 annually (GST inclusive). Sustaining Membership has many advantages including access to contact lists (for details, see proposal)

Exhibition Package

$4950 per booth – includes Sustaining Membership of the ANS

  • Single 3m x 3m stand with Velcro compatible walls 
  • Fascia signage – computer cut vinyl maximum 30 letters 
  • 2 spotlights 
  • 1 power outlet 
  • 1 clothed trestle table 2 chairs 
  • Additional furniture may also be ordered through Adelaide Expo Hire at Exhibitors’ cost 

Catering for 2 organisation representatives daily (each representative will also receive a name badge, satchel, program book and ticket to the Welcome Mixer.
