The Organisers have made reservations at a number of local hotels for you to access during your stay. To take advantage of these special rates, please book your accommodation when registering for the Meeting. Hotel options will be listed below shortly.

Accommodation rooms may be limited and allocation will be strictly on a first-come first served basis. All accommodation bookings must be received by the Meeting Organisers, All Occasions Management.

Hotel Booking
To make a booking, please complete the relevant section on the registration form and read the terms and conditions carefully. Please forward an amount equal to one night's accommodation rate when submitting forms to All Occasions Management.

Amounts sent greater than the first night’s accommodation will be returned. 

Your details, accommodation requirements and payment will be forwarded to the hotel to 
finalise the booking. 

Delegates will then be responsible for settling  their final account with the hotel at check out. 
A tax invoice for the full amount inclusive of GST will be issued by the hotel on check out.If you have any queries regarding your accommodation booking, please contact All Occasions Management, not the hotel.   

Arrival Time
General Hotel check-in time is 2.00pm. If you arrive prior to this time your room may not be available. To guarantee a room for an early arrival you will need to book for the previous night.

Late Arrivals
Please indicate on your booking form or notify All Occasions Management in writing if you will arrive at your hotel after 6.00pm on the day of check-in. Failure to do so may result in your room being released.

Check-out time is strictly 10.00am unless otherwise indicated. Late check-out will result in the hotel’s daily rate being charged.

Rates and Terminology 
All rates are in Australian dollars inclusive of GST and are for the room only unless indicated otherwise.
All rates refer to single, double or twin share unless indicated otherwise.
