Full Attendance Registrations Fees include attendance at all conference sessions, morning teas, lunches, afternoon teas, the Welcome Reception, a conference bag and program. Attendance to the Conference Dinner is an additional cost, and attendance to the Chill Out Reception is at your own expense. 

Day Registration Fees include attendance to the conference sessions on your nominated day of attendance, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, a conference bag and program. Attendance to the Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner are an additional cost. Attendance to the Chill Out Reception is at your own expense. 

Registration Confirmation and Payment
You will receive confirmation of your registration by email within 24 hours of submitting your online registration form or hard copy form to All Occasions Management. An invoice will automatically attach to this confirmation letter and contains payment information. Should you not receive confirmation of your registration after 48 hours, please contact All Occasions Management on 08 8125 2200 or

Conference Cancellation
Cancellations are to be received in writing. For registrations cancelled before 30 days of the conference will incur a $110 administration fee and refund of the remaining funds. For registrations cancelled between 30 and 7 days of the conference, only a 50% refund is available. Any cancellations within 7 days will not receive a refund.

Cost: Inclusive of Student registration fees ONLY.

Welcome Reception
Wednesday 8th February, Cost: Inclusive for Full Conference registrations, $50.00 for day registrations and guests. 

Chill Out Reception: Drinks, music, conversation in the Verandah Room at Hotel Grand Chancellor on the evening of Thursday 9th February. 
Cost: Food and Beverages at your own expense. 

Conference Dinner
Friday 10th February, Cost: $95.00 for all Conference participants and guests.
